Terms of Service

Last updated July 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SuiteSearcher ("SuiteSearcher", "we", "us") covering your use of suitesearcher.com and the alerts and booking-request services we provide. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What SuiteSearcher does

We monitor publicly available Royal Caribbean pricing and cabin availability, and we alert you when a suite you care about becomes available or drops in price. We also let you submit a booking request so that a travel agent can place the reservation for you.

We are not a cruise line and we are not the travel agency of record. Reservations are placed by Cordelie Travel Services, an independent travel agency (IATA/ARC 06649064). SuiteSearcher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Royal Caribbean International, and we do not sell cruises directly.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use SuiteSearcher. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to your inbox can request a sign-in link. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Membership plans and pricing

SuiteSearcher is currently free to use while the service is in trial. We are not charging for any plan and are not collecting payment details for memberships.

We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will tell you the price and what it includes before you are asked to pay, and no charge will be made without your explicit agreement. Continuing to use the free features will never require payment retroactively.

4. Booking requests

A booking request is a request, not a reservation. Submitting one does not hold a cabin, lock a price, or create any obligation until an agent has actually placed the reservation with the cruise line and you have received a confirmation number.

After you submit a request, an agent from Cordelie Travel Serviceswill contact you to confirm the details and to collect payment directly. Payment for a cruise is made to the agency or the cruise line — not to SuiteSearcher — and the cruise line's own fare rules, deposit requirements, change fees, and cancellation penalties govern the reservation.

You may cancel a pending request at any time before it is booked. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for what happens after a reservation is placed.

5. Accuracy of pricing and availability

Prices, availability, promotions, and cabin details shown on SuiteSearcher come from third-party and publicly available sources and are captured at a point in time. They change frequently and without notice, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Everything we show is for informational purposes and is not an offer.

Always confirm the price and terms with your agent or on the cruise line's own site before committing. We are not liable for a deal that is gone, mispriced, or different from what was displayed.

6. Alerts

Alert timing depends on when our monitoring detects a change and on the delivery preferences and plan associated with your account. We do our best to deliver quickly but we do not guarantee that any alert will be sent, delivered, or received in time to act on it. Email delivery depends on providers we do not control.

You can change or turn off your alerts at any time in your settings.

7. Acceptable use

Use SuiteSearcher for your own personal travel planning. Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute our data; circumvent access controls or rate limits; interfere with the service's operation; or use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

8. Our content

The SuiteSearcher name, site, design, and the analysis we produce (rarity scoring, deal tiers, price history, and similar) belong to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may use them personally; you may not copy or commercialize them without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the data will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuiteSearcher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or missed travel opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the service — including a missed or delayed alert, a price that changed, or a cabin that was no longer available.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Disputes about a cruise reservation itself are between you and the agency or cruise line that sold it.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using SuiteSearcher and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we are required to close by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
