Two different things can be cancelled here: your SuiteSearcher membership, and a booking request for a cruise. They work differently, so we have separated them.
SuiteSearcher is free while the service is in trial. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund, because we are not charging for any plan today.
If we introduce paid plans later, this is how they will work: you can cancel any time from your account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for; and we do not prorate or refund partial periods. If you are charged in error, tell us and we will refund it.
A booking request is free and carries no obligation. Until an agent has actually placed the reservation, you can cancel it at no cost from My Requests — or simply tell the agent when they call. Nothing is charged, because payment is only taken at the moment the reservation is placed.
Once the reservation exists, it belongs to the cruise line, and the cruise line's cancellation and refund rules apply. Those rules are set by Royal Caribbean, vary by fare type and how close you are to the sailing date, and commonly include a non-refundable deposit and escalating penalties as the sail date approaches. Your agent will tell you the specific terms for your fare before you pay.
SuiteSearcher cannot waive, override, or refund cruise-line charges. To cancel or change a booked reservation, contact Cordelie Travel Services at 720-779-3000, and they will handle it with the cruise line on your behalf.
Rare cabins sometimes sell out between the moment you request one and the moment the agent reaches the cruise line. If that happens, your request is marked unavailable, you owe nothing, and your agent may suggest alternatives. No charge is ever made for a reservation that was not placed.
